The festival, which has been attracting country music fans from Poland and abroad to Mr\u0105gowo for over four decades, took place on 24\u201325 July 2026 at the amphitheatre on Lake Czos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highlight of the anniversary edition was the 45th Anniversary Gala Concert, during which artists performed the greatest hits from the history of the Mr\u0105gowo festival in new arrangements. We also heard a set entitled \u2018Hits from the Mr\u0105gowo Picnics\u2019, featuring songs that have created the event\u2019s unique atmosphere over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the invited artists are S\u0142awek Uniatowski, Kasia Mo\u015b, Lanberry, Andrzej Rybi\u0144ski, Filip Lato, Mateusz Zi\u00f3\u0142ko, Wojtek Cugowski and Krystyna Gi\u017cowska. In Mr\u0105gowo, they not only presented their own interpretations of country hits but also performed in duets with other artists from the genre. Such musical collaborations, increasingly common on the contemporary scene, are intended to give the anniversary concert a fresh and unexpected character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stage also featured legends of Polish country music, who have helped shape the history of the genre in our country over the years. Performers included Lonstar, Tomasz Szwed, Zbigniew Hofman, Ryszard Wolbach, Lech and Bo\u017cena Makowieccy, Gang Marcela, Alicja Boncol, Janusz Nestarowicz &amp; Colorado, Mariusz Kalaga and Cezary Makiewicz with his band. The organisers also ensured that the younger generation of performers was well represented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 45th anniversary edition of the International Country &amp; Folk Picnic was one of the biggest musical events of the summer in Masuria. The festival, which for over<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The audience was treated to performances by, amongst others, Klaudia Magika \u2013 the only Polish artist whose songs feature on the national charts in the USA \u2013 as well as Karolina Bu\u0142as, Droga na Ostro\u0142\u0119k\u0119 featuring Wojciech Dudkowski and Maja Bogucka, and the band \u015alad.
