TIBILISI 13.12.2025
Marianna Kłos represented Poland at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'The Brightest Light’.
This was the 23rd edition of the event. It was first organised in 2003 by the European Broadcasting Union, of which Telewizja Polska is a member. The competition is open to children aged 9 to 14.
This year’s Junior Eurovision took place in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Last year, Giorgi Kuchianidze, representing Georgia, won, and the rule is similar to that of Eurovision for adults in that the winning country usually organises the contest the following year.
Poland was represented at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest by 12-year-old Marianna Kłos, who has previously competed in the finals of The Voice Kids. As well as singing, Kłos plays the piano and acts in a children’s theatre group in Warsaw.
In Tbilisi, the Polish singer performed the song “The Brightest Light”. Created especially for the competition, it was composed by Brajan Litkowec, Jacek Mrówczyński, Jakub Laszuk, Jeremiasz Siejka, Krzysztof Junak and Paula Roma.
Following the initial rehearsals, Kłos was tipped by experts as one of the competition’s frontrunners.
As in the adult Eurovision Song Contest, viewers’ votes accounted for half of the score. Points were also awarded by members of a professional jury. Once the jury and viewer votes had been counted, the final results were announced.
France won the jury vote with 152 points, ahead of Georgia with 121 points and Armenia with 117 points. Marianna Kłos came seventh in the jury vote with 72 points. The Polish jury gave their 12 points to Georgia.
After adding up the jury and viewer votes, it was revealed that Lou Deleuze from France had won Junior Eurovision 2025 with 248 points.
Marianna Kłos ultimately finished in eighth place with 139 points.
